Arrival: If you wish to dine with us before the event meals can be ordered anytime from 5:30 pm onwards
- Bookings: A dinner or event booking is not required, and seating is not allocated. You do however need to purchase a ticket to attend the talk.
- Food & Drinks: Please order food and drinks directly at the bar upon arrival.

Event Start: Guests attending are to be seated by 6:50 pm, ready for the event briefing to begin
